At Antotechg.com, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully to understand the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
•Time Limit: You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you received your product. After 30 calendar days, we cannot offer a return or refund.
•Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, new, and unused condition, fully functional, undamaged, with no significant wear, and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
•Important Note on Product Use: You are permitted to test the basic functions of the product (e.g., running a wrench unloaded) to confirm performance. However, if the product shows signs of use such as oil stains, paint chipping, startup/use marks, or other indications of being used beyond initial testing, it will be considered 'used' and no longer in new condition. Unless a factory defect is confirmed, returns for used items will not be accepted. Products showing significant wear or damage may be subject to a reduced refund amount or may be deemed ineligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
1.Contact Us: Send an email to our customer support team at support@antotechg.com within the 30-calendar-day return window. Please include:
•Your order number.
•A detailed reason for the return.
•Photos or videos of the product, if applicable, especially if reporting a defect or damage.
2.Receive Authorization: Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return shipping address via email. Do not send returns to our registered office address. Returns sent without prior authorization or to an incorrect address may be refused or not processed for a refund.
3.Ship the Product: Securely package the product in its original packaging, include all accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the product using a trackable shipping method. We recommend retaining your shipping receipt and tracking number for your records.
3. Return Shipping Costs
•Customer Responsibility: Unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or an incorrect item was sent, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
•Our Responsibility: If the return is due to a confirmed product defect, damage during transit, or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), Antotechg.com will cover the return shipping costs. Instructions for return shipping in such cases will be provided with your RMA.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you wish to purchase a different model or item, you must first return the original product (if eligible) for a refund according to this policy, and then place a new order for the desired item.
5. Refund Processing
•Inspection: Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
•Processing Time: If approved, your refund will typically be processed within 1-2 business days after the completion of the inspection.
•Refund Appearance: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account statement.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
•Before Shipment: Orders that have not yet been shipped may be canceled for a full refund. To request a cancellation, please contact customer support immediately with your order number and reason for cancellation.
•After Shipment: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Once the order is delivered, you may initiate a return request in accordance with our Return Eligibility & Timeframe policy.
