1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship exclusively within the 48 contiguous states of the United States. We do not ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed for delivery outside the 48 contiguous states will be automatically canceled and refunded.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays). Processing includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and preparing your item for shipment. Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time) on a business day, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods, Estimated Delivery Times & Fees

All orders are shipped from our third-party fulfillment warehouses located within the United States to ensure fast and reliable delivery. We currently offer one standard shipping option:

4. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM CST on a business day will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

5. Free Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered to the 48 contiguous states of the United States. No minimum purchase is required to qualify for free shipping.

6. Taxes & Duties

All product prices displayed on Antotechg.com include applicable sales taxes for orders shipped within the United States. For domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, no additional customs duties or import fees will be charged to the customer. Antotechg.com is responsible for all taxes and duties associated with your purchase.

7. Shipping Delays, Holidays & Peak Seasons

While we strive for timely deliveries, please be aware that shipping times are estimates. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, carrier volume fluctuations, federal holidays, or other events beyond our control. During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas), actual shipping times may exceed the estimated window. We recommend planning your purchases in advance during these periods. Should significant delays occur, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information, including name, address, postal code, and phone number, is accurate and complete at the time of order placement. Delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information are the customer’s responsibility. If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@antotechg.com to update your information. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been shipped.

9. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number to monitor the real-time status of your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
