This warranty policy explains the coverage, limitations, and procedures for our products, including cordless ratchet wrenches. Please read carefully to understand your rights and how to obtain warranty service.
1. What Is Covered
Antotechg offers a limited warranty on its power tools, including but not limited to cordless ratchet wrenches. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase:
- 12-month limited warranty: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including motor failure, switch malfunction, gear/ratchet mechanism issues, or other non-user-caused damage.
- During the warranty period, products with qualifying defects will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only covers products purchased from Antotechg or authorized sales channels.
2. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or neglect.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., battery degradation, rubber aging, surface scratches, paint or coating wear).
- Issues caused by using incompatible batteries, chargers, or accessories not recommended in the product instructions.
- Counterfeit or unauthorized products purchased from non-authorized sellers.
3. Warranty Period
- The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, based on a valid proof of purchase (invoice, order number, or transaction record).
- Proof of purchase must be retained to support warranty claims.
4. How to Claim Warranty
To request warranty service, please email support@antotechg.com.
Please include the following information in your email:
- Order number / proof of purchase
- Purchase date
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the defect (if possible)
After verification, customer support will provide instructions for returning the product and arranging repair or replacement. For products covered by the warranty, Antotechg will cover the repair or replacement costs; the customer is responsible for shipping the product back (unless special promotions state otherwise).
5. Additional Notes
- Batteries and chargers are not covered by the default warranty unless a manufacturing defect is present, as products typically do not include them. Users are recommended to use compatible brands (e.g., Dewalt 20V MAX).
- Customers are encouraged to register their product after purchase (registration forms may be provided by Antotechg) to simplify the warranty process.
